Customer Privacy: All Fancy Nancy customer information is kept private. We do not use cookies. We do not require you to set up an account. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.
Delivery Policy: All food is cooked to order. All items ordered and paid for will be available for pick up or delivered as close as possible to the selected time. If this is not possible we will contact you. For all pick up orders please allow approximately 20-25 minutes for pick up and 45 minutes for delivery.
Refund Policy: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their meal. If you were not satisfied please contact us for a partial or full refund. Please allow 2 - 4 days for refunds to post.
Returns: due to the nature of our products and the New York City Health Code we do not allow returns or exchanges.
Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible. Email us anytime fancynancybk@gmail.com or call 347-350-7289 between the hours of 4pm - 8pm EST.
